Please submit all new patient forms at least 48 hours prior to appointment time. This allows your pet to get the most out of each appointment, devoting more time on assessments and treatments.

Traditionally, the practice of rehabilitation requires referral by a veterinarian. However, since Dr. Jenn is a veterinarian, referral by a veterinarian is not required, instead highly recommended. Dr. Jenn believes integration of primary care/speciality medicine and rehabilitative practices gives patients the best care possible.
